Anyone know a good leasing/rental agent in Little Rock, AR?

They protest by "lying down"--doing the minimum to get enough money to work, which chips away at the bedrock of China's highly inefficient and manpower dependent economy.Dragging us back on topic, this is why Black Rock and assorting enterprises buying up huge swathes of real estate isn't some sort of signal that it's reassuring for ordinary people to be in real estate but rather a warning of the desired new regime post Great Reset. 

The idea of buying hundreds or thousands of Single Family Homes is a nightmare that Black Rock and the Hedge Funds are able to do with the Fed's Zero Interest Money and either Loan it at 3% or buy thousands of SFH's to net 3%.

Of course talk to a bank and credit union, and I guess a broker if you really want to, but you can throw a rock and hit a hard money lender, all who focus on different types of properties and different borrower situations.

Black Rock was gonna flood the market with cash and all I needed to do was get out there with a bucket and catch some of it in the form of commission. 

All else can be figured out, but you need that rock on the ground for ya. 

That often means rock bottom.

However, I see 2 other critical roles missing one is a rock star CPA - to help guide me on the best way to move and frame out this company/money structure.

Maintenance is minimal with a rock garden and tons of perennial flowers.
