On a personal note, while the home has a cool factor to it, the interior flow of these homes can be a little disjointed due to the shape and I would spend a lot of time on the design to minimize these issues if possible.

That’s my dilemma, the historic value is definitely a factor, who doesn’t think a house built in 1780 isn’t cool.

I stress that regularly changing these will help greatly with heating and cooling costs.More often than not there's still 11 in the box when they move out.For many tenants the only way to make certain these will be changed out regularly is if I go over and do this myself.Gail
