I can see plumbing issues being on the tenant if they are flushing the wrong stuff or careless, but sewer line issues are never going to be a tenant's responsibility as the line from your house to the street can be cracked by trees (or blocked by debris or from what tenant's flush).A backflow into the house indicates a stoppage so the tenant has either clogged it, which would not cost 4k, or the line is obstructed or broken between the house and the street, which a full replacement where I am is 15k.What's the 4k repair for?

Hi this is Christine hollande I live at 21492 elegant ct Lexington Park Maryland 20653 my number is 814-229-88 99 will you please give me a call if you're desperate for some help with our plumbing my dad used to do this stuff he was able to but he can't help we live in a mobile home and don't have much money but we've been living in this situation with our toilets being stopped up and can't take a shower sometimes we can flush the toilet and sometimes you can eat it over flows.

and apparently a LOT of it went to fraudsters for Lambo's and Bitcoin...The banks were so flush with cash that they parked it in low rate bonds and treasuries and lent the rest out speculatively.
