The purely cash flow (B- and C) opportunities are Center Point, Roebuck, Hueytown and parts of Hoover.  

Hey guys, quick question.If you bring some one current on their mortgage, and are doing an LPO to rehab and flip, how do you typically fly under the radar to bring them current?

. $100-200 bucks per door in fly over states is a far cry from blue chip real estate in the best Bay Area locations.
