Fascinating!

It's an art as much as it may be a science.

There is no rocket science if you wish to be an expert in the world of content marketing, but how is the question?

I've gotten a Master of Science in Real Estate degree and work in the CRE space, so I have my advantages, but you can still learn it if you read and network enough.

This could lead to  an expansion or exit to this fascinating field of rental property!  

With a little introduction: I am a first-generation college student at Metropolitan State University majoring in Computer Science: Bachelor of Science program.

I did listen to Barbara Kahn, a marketing professor a Wharton, talk about how some retailers have fought back against Amazon with success and that was fascinating.

It is really not rocket science , and never , ever let someone tell you cannot do it .
