@Cindy Lamug  don't take much stock in pod casts these are just feel good pieces and those that do them are just trying to feather there own nest..

The best one would be to install Nest thermostats(or Ecobee, or some such thermostat) which can be adjusted from anywhere in the world- as long as you have cell service.

There are plenty of good people looking for low-rent units for whatever reason - empty nest, saving for future retirement, cheap by nature, etc.

That means that someone else (your guests) are doing your investing and building your nest egg.  

Whatever you would normally pay for rent, put that away for 2 years and then after 2 years you have a nest egg for a downpayment for your next property.
