We so appreciate your readers' enthusiasm, and hope this means they're excited to see the full list -- it's just that BiggerPockets nominations are filling our inbox and we want to make sure we don't miss nominations for other sites.

Long Story Short...Slow Down, set a specific plan in place, devise and implement a process, work out the kinks before you let the enthusiasm take over the thought process.

Huh...Probably not so fast I understand......But even with such enthusiasm from the banks....I just couldn't figure out where they see the profit coming from, let alone the big premium paid upfront......I figure I must have missed something :(

In a way it's just human nature to doubt anything that's either new to you, runs against your training/experience or "sounds too good to be true".Most of the folks around you won't share your enthusiasm.

The fee i believe was 3% per transaction so when I send my wife $3000.00, the would withdraw $3090.00.Here is where my enthusiasm wanes. 

I believe someone else mentioned being clear with your fiance that you're not going to let your enthusiasm run away with you and put your financial security at risk.
