However, with the long slower season after 4/15 I am excited to devote more of my time to research, networking, and educating, while hunting for new investments.My Goal this year is to close on another single family rental either in the Northern CA area or in the Las Vegas area.I joined BP after listening to a few podcasts and diving into the forums.I am psyched to be here and looking forward to the steep learning curve that comes with every new endeavor!

My goal in this endeavor is to become financially independent, living off of the cash flow and obviously maximizing it.  

real estate for buy and hold is simply not a litigious or risky endeavor.  

He has a team of wholesalers, contractors and realtors going through the motions while he focuses on other endeavors and that is now my current goal with this business.

That doesn't mean it's the answer or end-all-be-all, and I'll be the first to admit that many of our guidelines are completely stupid, but when the only guys willing to finance your endeavors are loan sharks at 12%, it's worth at least asking yourself "why?"
