This sent me for an emotional loop since it looks like there may be some work that was unaccounted for in my initial analysis.

Either way keep in mind how touchy some municipality workers can be emotionally lol always approach every meeting/ phone call with a ton of kindness, & politeness.. it makes a world of a difference here.

I am not emotionally attached to that home we are renting out, however, there arent that many duplexes in Guatemala.

The model not only allows us to quickly determine if an opportunity is worth taking a deeper due diligence dive on, but it helps us remove emotion from the equation.

That is when I realized, its my desperation to make it, my drive, my ego, and my impatience, which makes me grind my wheels too hard and make emotional decisions (rather can carefully studied ones), thereby leading to more failure.

If you let emotion get in the way you become a buyer and not an investor.
