No travel, dining or moving homes.

Guests in search of mild weather and a bounty of outdoor activities and patio dining options are also streaming in from places that are within a few hours’ drive of Los Angeles.

I am sure it happens but I am yet to see it.It seems rarer and rarer to see the dining room actually used as a dining room and most use it as an extending living area or playroom/spare room office etc even though it’s open.

Other states provide better education, have the outdoor experiences and can develop the shopping and dining experiences. 

It's easy enough here to find numerous banks within walking distance for currency exchange, most of the folks speak German, English, some Turkish and other languages as well, there are no shortages of things to do/sites to see, dining of local cuisine as well as international restaurants (from American to Australian), and shopping from both major retailers as well as open/local market shopping. 

we are looking at doing a complete demo ... all walls, floors, appliances, everything.it is 750 sqr feet    (small)   bottom floor is living room, dining room, kitchen..   2nd floor is 2 small bedrooms.any ball parks for what a demo job should cost?

We just used a corner of the large dining room for the 1/2 bath.

This might be a little harder, but you could find a realtor/investor/moving company that has access to appliances and furniture for sale or trash.I just got a free couch and dining room table from my friend who has a moving company.
