At the end of the day, yes the $150 was depressing but the fact that I got my first deal under my belt means so much to me.

There are a lot of reasons to get mad, but, we just went through the deepest Recession since the Great Depression.

But some of it is still very depressed.  

One my first deal, as I watched my ROI slip from 7-5 I began to get a little depress and worried.

Maybe your area is going to lose a very large employer within the next 10 years, putting lots of houses on the market and simultaneously depressing rent levels.

They neglected the possibility of regulation, and they neglected the possibility of an oversupply depressing prices.

I most likely have (undiagnosed) depression and anxiety.

Really, most of my experience with "drama queens" has involved tenants that I believe have some kind of diagnosable personality disorder or other real mental illness.
