Each section should be focused and to-the-point, with visually appealing graphics and minimal text.

look on fivver and upwork for graphic artists and a mailhouse... there are so many to choose from...

Perhaps you could create a graphic that shows the timeline options, or maybe your title company has one that they could give you.    

I used to draw 3D graphics for video game companies and while that may sound really cool at first.
