I don't think there will be a huge crash like the one we last saw, at least not for a long time, that was a rare event, they don't usually drop that much when they do drop.

The situation is that after the crash, a lot of owners in this complex (and many in the area) got foreclosed on and the banks did not pay the HOA fees so no maintenance was done.
