I've never seen a guru course that did not treat their materials as proprietary and confidential, there is an obvious reason for that, an opinion can be formed as to what is to be taught, it becomes a disclosure allowing a consumer decision, which is avoided by gurus, they are selling sizzle, not allowing a consumer to make an informed decision.Hooking up investors and financing to programs is another popular angle.

He took our personal and confidential information including drivers licenses, social security numbers, bank statements and other sensitive information we gave him to prove we were worthy to fund HIS deals and he purposely and maliciously violated the signed confidentiality agreement by putting it all on the dark internet.
