I just set up a Google Appointment Calendar to let clients book showings and meetings directly—really excited to see how that streamlines things.

My partner and I debated entering this SEO program for about 6 months due mostly to the fact that in another business he runs he purchased SEO services as part of a total internet marketing program - spent $80,000 and said he do not gain a single client.  

However, the bar to be a wholesaler can be hurdled by an ant, so tread lightly and certainly don't think he has the best interest for your clients looking to sell their homes at heart.

Some where that you would go on vacation  with your family and everyone Luke it there.Myrtle beach is great. one of my west coast clients bought a fully permitted STR in Charleston SC for about 800k and that property when  she bought it probably was worth maybe 600k without the permit..

Have had quite a few clients use their 1031 exchange funds for a single purchase or multiple purchases (like you're planning).We coordinated same-day closings for financing on the multiple-purchase scenario, but I'm not entirely sure if that is a necessity.

It's a garbage fee and some agents pass that on to their client at closing.
