I have lots of choices for fully qualified tenants such as military and civilians with great jobs and credit so I have had reluctance to try programs where the tenants may be more needy of my management, cause property damage, of problems for my other tenants.

If this bill passes, purchasing inhabited buildings will now be MUCH riskier than it used to be.

If the tenants you mean to move out are or are not illegal aliens/cancer patients/battered women or men/unicorns/whatever the lender requires you to inhabit the building, so you do it.
