Even after all my expenses power, internet, water it is still well in the black.

The other is a huge black and white tile checker board and it looks like a million bucks. 

Its almost like a black box when you ask for disclosures/why being sold etc.

I have seen it in black and white and see the great potential but am still freaking out due to the possibly financing one unit.

I'm very active on HomeSearch and don't want to be black balled from future bidding not do I want to lose the prebid $2500 registration hold. 

I have done the light gray with black shutters but not 100% about this with the dark green roof. 

We are continuing to try to find properties there (Florissant, Hazelwood, Black Jack, Spanish Lake areas), but as I said, the deals are fewer and farther in between.  

No telling who has keys to what over the years.Land lording is supposed to be black and white with the laws.
