Hello everyone - My name is Austin Underwood and I've been browsing the forums for a while but have just recently decided it's time to start actively engaging on BP and begin the journey of investing in real estate.About me: I'm a mortgage lender from Columbus Ohio with the plan of starting a property management company and using the brrrr method for long term buy and hold rental properties.My WHY: Like most on BP, the goal is freedom and to begin creating generational wealth.

I know it's more powerful than that, but that's what I need, it's cost effective, and the fact that the interface is simple enough to easily do my messaging is what makes me like it.As I move into testing the direct booking waters, I'm slowly getting set up on OwnerRez.  

But after discussion and browsing in Bigger Pockets, I find myself more familiar with the field.

It's worth browsing just to see what you can and can't do, like TC-21-16 - Single Family Dwellings in Mobile Home Districts.

@Ashton Levarek okay that seems simple enough, I'll keep this in mind when browsing markets.

Simply browsing listings and making lowball offers isn't sufficient for finding a deal here in my experience. 

I was browsing though the App Store for real estate games.

But, it is good to browse it every so often to be sure your cabin photos haven't been stolen and used for fake listings.

I find the interface to be easy to work with.
