All my agents are BANNED from doing ANY showing of any kind to ANYONE even a family member, their priest, their wife, I don't care who it is or why NOBODY get's a showing without signing SOMETHING.

My wife and I are were struggling to find a small multi family seller that was willing to even consider an FHA offer.

I then went ahead with the light remodel as planned and my wife and I moved into one of the units.

My wife and I have purchased two FHA financed four-plex's and each tenant, even month to month tenancy, must be adhered to.

The desire to have a second home/Airbnb property in the beautiful state offsets the modest returns we're seeing now due to higher interest rates and taxes. 

This belief led me to pursue a career in kitchen remodeling, and I am proud to run Evolution Home Improvement LLC, a business dedicated to transforming kitchens into beautiful, functional spaces across New Jersey.Over the years, I have seen firsthand how a well-designed kitchen can enhance the value and appeal of a property.

It was hard to say goodbye to my babies I started this journey back in 2006 (18 years ago) The truly sobering thing about this event is that I was able to achieve these same financial results in ONE year with my first larger commercial deal; and replace my wife's income with that deal.  

My wife and I are working on scaling as quickly as possible.
