I graduated in 5 years with a bachelors and masters, and minimal student loans.

And these are great tenants (4 even have Bachelors degrees).     

After completing two bachelors degrees (a BFA & BS) and still struggling to figure out what I wanted to do, I found BP.

I’m currently finishing up my Bachelor’s degree in Business and working on my Real Estate License (I know that’s not necessary for investing, just wanted to work on it).

Now that the end is near on my Bachelor's degree, I wanted to take another look at Real Estate as a means of making a living and supporting my family.

Just wanted to introduce myself a little as i have read through this site many times and decided to finally make a jump in my life and start investing in real estate.My name is Carlos and i play professional baseball for the Boston Red Sox organization. i am currently in high-A(minor leagues) for the Red Sox and after signing for a decent bonus, i have been sitting and slowly losing money sooooo it's time for me to make a real investment. i am 22 years old and have a bachelors degree in business administration, just as a back up plan, if baseball doesnt work out...Because my situation is pretty unique for a lot of people, i am constantly moving and dont have a true "permanent" residence since im in season 7 month of the year and then "home" 5 months.

I'm still a full time student also and I'll be done with my bachelor's degree in management in August. 

I was a waiter in a restaurant and my fiancee was a working student going from her bachelor's to a masters.I had no money, bad credit, and no business buying a house.
