It sounds amazing and could be a great way to rapidly pay down my mortgages while freeing up cash to use for more investments.

It has generated good traffic so far (mostly from Zillow I think, and a couple calls from CL).However,  today I got in touch with someone who found my house posted fraudulently on Point2homes.com, with a much lower rent and amazing features like Ocean Views and on and on.    

So this way, I still get to do a little wholesaling but I also work with other amazing wholesalers (that are better than me) and I still get to look at a lot of deals, while also still making money helping other investors buy and sell properties.  

It's not possible anymore to just buy on the market and cash flow, unless you get an amazing price, or some kind of terms with the seller which is rare to find.
