He's lying to you.Unless you're building with the lowest level of materials and the lowest tier of contractors, and even then, I don't believe it.I'm guessing this is the guy that post in the back of magazines, "Amazing Property ripe with unlimited potential build your dreams today".

There are a few exceptions within Glen Cove, specifically on Magazine Street heading East, but in general this is your best bet.I know there are condos that are for sale in that area that might be a good first bet for an AirBnB, but make sure the numbers work out.

It's simply a designation from NAR that you joined and agree to their ethics code and pay a fee each year.Except for political lobbying of issues on capitol hill that affects our industry I haven't seen value in NAR for about a decade.Their magazine went from quality articles a decade ago to where most of the publication was nothing but paid ad after ad.
