I basically recommend one of the local suppliers and let them handle it from there.I AM interested in how to determine the quantity of oil... without topping the tank off is there any other way to determine how much oil is there?

One recommendation that I got which has been very helpful when looking for people in a particular trade is to call the materials suppliers to ask for the names of a few people they would recommend.

For the buyers it is about the "BRAG".So usually, when you step up you need to bring in a different team of contractors, suppliers, designers, etc.

I have a couple of different sources for my cabinets for multis and flipping.Just curious if anyone has any incredible cabinet suppliers or what everyone uses for great pricing options.

When they stop paying the suppliers that will cause many of the already shaky suppliers to fail as well.

@Isaac Geller- if you are going to be investing in the US you need to expect the need for regular calls to your suppliers/ contacts etc etc.

Economic anchors are things that are not going anywhere anytime soon, like state government, major universities, major health care centers, or manufacturers that are independent of the economy like military suppliers.  

I used a different granite supplier for my personal residence but have used Bella Pietra for my own home and several projects. 

We must manage Tenants, Contractors, Architects, Engineers, Vendors & Suppliers and even to a certain degree Property Owners... at least to help them maintain realistic expectations in full view of ever changing market conditions.We charge a % of rental income that is competitive in our area and we do charge a nominal Leasing Fee that is a flat charge but works out to be approx. 1/4 - 1/3 of typical first months rent in our area. 

First you gotta find a supplier (I recommend Aliexpress/Dhgate for cheap/quality goods), then find a marketing strategy and create social media profiles and keep posting.
