Taylor- I recommend reading the Rich Dad, Poor Dad series of books to get your mind in the right place.Following that, dive into bigger pockets very own, @brandonturner’s book “The book on rental property investing”.

Taking advice from Rich Carey, we are currently working to drive down the principal as much as we can to a point we can refinance and make the numbers work. 

I have read through a few Rich Dad Poor Dad books and have also begun listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcasts with a new book from a recent episode on the way as well. 

I hear plenty of stories of greedy rich people and their spoiled trust fund babies.

I am willing to bet more than half of us are here because of Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

It all began with Rich dad, poor Dad book, then a bunch of books by Dave Ramsey & Darren Hardy about a year ago.

Its everywhere.... this is what happens when wholesaling is the new guru's "get rich quick" scheme.

Real estate is, as I like to say, a get rich slow scheme.
