So during the days for over 1 year, I destroyed myself re-wiring, re-plumbing, ripping out floor joists, tiling, hanging drywall, installing new HVAC units..etc.. 

We discarded the equipment.We are now looking to install new equipment. 

I plan on renting out the house that I am currently living in.For property that I am converting from my primary residence to a rental, I plan on buying some new appliances, and installing new kitchen cabinets before renting it out in 2019.

My question is, should I refi now after only a few months or should I wait until the end of the first year when the 10% has been paid in monthly installments?

I still need to speak to a mortgage broker regarding how best to acquire the property using the funds as 20% down + closing costs + light rehab and furniture install.

Should I install a gas or oil furnace?

The owner is all set with re-zoning, but the parking lot was a pain to re-design to maximize the units we can add in.  

Portland is one of the areas in Louisville where Google is installing fiber to the house. 

Install new cabinets or sand and paint the existing one.
