.); Sugar Land (Townewest & Barrington Place); Deer Park; Friendswood; parts of Pasadena, La Porte, & Baytown.Also, a lot of times folks will refer to "Cypress" and "Spring" but actually mean northwest or north Houston, so be mindful of that.In terms of development and appreciation, it's taking place all over, but most heavily west of I-45 North and South.Definitely let us know if you ever have any other specific questions.
