Question is if a buyers bank will have a issue with this as the legal certificate of occupancy is listed as a 2 family with the city.

After checking out on the county's appraiser and tax collector websites, I found out the owner has the mailing address at the property and that there is a tax certificate on the property.

Or once you achieve 20% equity you can refinance the VA certificate out to a conventional loan then rent it out as well.

You have up to six months to complete the training but it's best not to take it to the limit, you'll want a month or so before the end to take your state certification exam.
