It is like watching a prolonged torture scene in a movie.

Watching the couples and families in food court, movie theaters, and stores seemed no different than here.

Hey, Last night I was watching movies and enjoying a delicious sandwich when an idea popped into my head for real estate investing.

Then I ask them what they do and they say Im a nurse, or accountant, or what ever and I just smile and say I watch a lot of hospital shows or movies about accountants and I think I could do it just like ER NYC.People have no clue what it takes to do this job.....

oh god, matt, do not watch the movie animal house before you decide on this. you will never rent to a college group again.......lol. i would at least meet with this guy and discuss it. its worth a shot to see what he has to offer. if you do decide to go with it, i would have a very well detailed contract drawn up with many clauses that give you an out should things not go as planned
