Hi, I am a 21 year old marine stationed in San Diego.

All 3 are Marine Officers.I am involved because I am putting up the money, I saw it as a good time to invest in real estate with good tenants and from the numbers I ran I am generating cash flow.The reason I am still putting 50% down was to increase my cash flow.

I want to give you a little background on me first, and then explain what I want to do, and hopefully I can get a little guidance.I am an active duty Marine stationed overseas.

How long will you guys let a house marinate in this market before you'll do a reduction?

We were contemplating setting up a business bank account to let our tenants use for deposit but haven't done so yet because we just weren't sure about it and were marinating the idea.

The reason that timeframe is so broad is due to the fact that I am a Marine Reservist who is schedule to deploy for 6 months in January 2019. 

Good Morning all,I am currently an active duty Marine with 10 years in; I am working towards my degree in business management with a concentration in small business and entrepreneurship.

I also had a GI Bill to pay for it after my time in the Marines (so no debt).
