For now, pick up the phone and call people, network in groups, definitely use social media(FB, LinkedIn, Twitter...)

Make sure you utilize LinekdIn for connections, networking on LinkedIn got me my job before I became a realtor.

Another option I was thinking is looking into mastermind groups on places like Facebook and LinkedIn.

Same principle holds for people we help with raising money - the more active you are, especially on LinkedIn although FB is also good, the more money you raise.
