There are plenty of Brokers out there that will let you work part-time from home with no desk fees, no floor duty, no requirement to attend weekly meetings, etc.You should probably look for a smaller mom-and-pop type office, not a large franchise like Keller Williams or Remax.

@Kobe Xin is spot on, and I would even turn it around a bit, putting more pressure on you - agencies are going to be real tight bringing on new agents (my guess) for a while, as there is overhead when hanging a shingle, marketing costs, license costs, CRM and software costs, MLS costs, dues owed to the mothership (keller williams, compass,) etc.

I had "Shift" by Gary Keller on my reading list for the beginning of the year(I had no idea Covid-19 was coming but the market was over due for a shift and I wanted to read the book before I was in the middle of it) and cutting costs that don't drive revenue was a point that Gary drives home hard in the book.

(I do both property management and real estate sales) Profit margins and not just what I see but what is posted by other companies, coaches, Gary Keller in his millionaire real estate agent book etc are higher for real estate than property management.
