Also when building from ground up, always expect actual delivery to be 90 days later than what the builder tells you it will be.

I always give a reasonable/conservative time for delivery that would assume like 3-4 days a week with their crew.

Supply houses haven't been able to offer any potential delivery dates.

we all been there when someone like that ask me for more money I inmiediately start legal process again then cause they won't  continue or delivery might sound hard but trust me , that clear said that he aint good with money .

It would be unusual for a notice to require in person delivery.

He knew he was paying an extra $600/year because of it, he just couldn't get himself to pay on time (and he could afford to.)Regarding delivery of notices, that will depend on your local laws.  

Then they proceeded to take the oven back and charged me for delivery (10%) and now I have to fix that before ordering a new oven.

Others will probably be installed by the delivery drivers if you have or bought new supply/gas hoses.

@Ryan Kawash home depot will tell you what you want to hear but unless its in stock you will likely be facing extreme delivery delays as well.
