What these $20 - 40k “mentorship’s” sell is a SHORTCUT, but it does NOT work because the PRIMARY real estate education and knowledge MUST be there in order to be able to implement and strategy or tactic correctly, at the correct time, and under the correct conditions.  

There’s definitely a strategy to applying for business credit to avoid alerting other lenders that you’re shopping for credit.

I get people calling crying they want to sell their lot they bought for $50,000 and I tell them they're lucky to get resale at $5,000...then of course they don't want to sell....but if they don't sell they're paying $1000 year plus property taxes for a lot that likely won't go up in value for years.So think about your exit strategy.

While real estate can feel overwhelming with all the strategies available, try to narrow down your focus early—like long-term rentals.

When I invest  today and many of the investors that I work with, find investing in newer areas, in newer properties, and in areas that the appreciation is obvious, is a great strategy.
