Often we are competing with 30 other offers; there always seems to be a cash offer above list price.I don't know of it can be considered a bubble yet but prices are definitely rising.Here in southern california, there are alot of buyers from china who are just flooding the market with cash.

I am currently in China, but will be relocating to the Portland/Vancouver area from Monday the 23rd of March.  

Also, with so many transformers coming from China (regardless of the IBM/Toshiba/HP badge), it's best not to put too much draw on them either.

These are plywood cabinets made from wood grown in the US (depending on the wood type), fabricated in China, assembled in the US, and require a 5 week lead time. 

Sounds like we are under totalitarian government, just like in communist China or something...

Also the market is India and China, thus not a local market. 

The prices have fallen and there's increased competition in manufacturing out of China.  

The trick to all of it is knowing in advance how much wall to take away and still have room for the sofa or the hutch or the china cabinet, etc, etc.

Most of these defective drywall comes from China.
