Charge up your EV at a charging station and run your house off the car.

I dropped it when I exchanged out of a couple riskier old MFs and my kids got cars in their own names.I still max auto and per property liability. 

Do they have their own car and their own tools?

I live very minimally at home currently, still with my parents, so I would only be spending about $350 a month total, including the loan (assuming I can get it for the time period I calculated, which is 3 years), so I would still be able to put aside about $11,000 for school, a car, and the downpayment for my first deal. 

Definitely want to avoid areas with vacant boarded up homes, cars parked on the yard, unkept lawns, etc. 

@Dustin Mccoy What you have is a chattel mortgage similar to a car loan.

I would start listening to podcasts anytime you are in the car/walking/etc to learn up on any specific aspect of real estate.

Specifically 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage (3/2/2).

There is no garage currently at our primary so we need to build one anyways to accommodate my tools and our cars.

Have you driven a car and not do an oil change?
