It might be too late, but there is a 2 day wholesale workshop here in Orlando hosted by Lamassu and Direct Wholesale deals.

So reading books, talking to people in the field, attending Meetups/events/workshops,  listening to podcast, participating in syndication deal as a passive investor. - all of that will provide you invaluable knowledge you would need.- First deal is mostly funded by family, relatives and personal connections.

Young Park, essentially wholesale and/or flip, type of hands-on... kind of workshop program with real people feedback. 

Consider talking to local real estate investment groups, attending workshops, and reading up on relevant resources.

My Husband & I went the a Workshop and learned a lot, but still don't know enough!

I just recently attended a 3 day workshop on real estate. 

Recently, Raleigh has noticed accessory dwelling units AKA ADUs as a good idea to encourage to help with the affordability crisis.Raleigh now has approved plans for fast track ADU builds that can be purchased online which helps investors speed up the process in the permitting side of development.But recently, Raleigh is noticing, not as much traction as they would hope so they just put out a workshop to help the city figure out how to encourage more homeowners and investors into Building accessory dwelling units.

Today I had the pleasure of attending a workshop (Texas Tax Sales Made Easier) led by (Account Closed I'm  tagging you here specifically only because you mentioned in another post that it would be nice if I gave feedback after the workshop so here it is ;-)!

I've been searching for meetups and have attended a few virtual ones that I got really excited about but ended up being full of sales pitches for expensive 'workshops' or 'masterclass' type situations.
