I feel like this would be a great additional service for the website seeing as a good property manager, especially one who also invests, can be extremely valuable to your team. 

I would suggest googling (or using Instagram) to find designers in your area that fit your style and visiting their website to see what services they offer.Another avenue is to search for interior design "build recipes" or "design recipes".

Heck the Maricopa County assessor website has inaccurate building sketches for some of my properties so I can't even trust that!

I have a MTR in the Med Center area just outside of downtown and it's been great for 2 years now. 

You can look up the taxes on your local property appraiser’s website.
