Hello all,I'm a carpenter currently buying land lots to do new construction or extensive rehab work, specializing in Maryland at the moment(DC and Northern Virginia have to many end users paying retail prices for properties that typically would go to investors).I've done tons of commercial contracting (carpentry and millwork) and have a small cabinet shop but I'm moving away from doing much work for hire and focusing on my own projects.

You are selling to other investors, not an end user so it is much easier.Peter Fortunato has FREE Monday meetings and is always ready to help you with your deals.

For most users this still is very flexible.

Maybe they can add an option that allows the users to auto post their analysis and add a voting widget on it along with comments.Both parties win on this, the user can see what people think about their projects and biggerpockets.com will have more people signing up to use their analysis.

Right on Main St/Rt 20 near where it meets Moody St.Also did online CEs with them as well that were good and pretty user friendly.

Read, read, and read some more -  along w/the some of the books recommended by Bigger Pockets and other users, I'll recommend below two that I've found significantly beneficial even though I've been investing for 12+ years."

@Joshua Dorkin will do.In another thread, I tried it earlier and after I selected the user, I got `@user undefined` in the textarea.

I am also a new user here from the Rainier/Yelm area!

The new features and user interface are only a minute improvement.
