I do owe him 5k and told him the checks were ready for pickup but still no response 1- You hold that 5k until…2- Review the details in your contract, specifically Scope of Work, release payment descriptions3- Review contractor default or termination clauses or language in contract4- Review permit status with municipality, if permits were pulled.

I have great reviews from guests (over 30) though do have the occassional 4 stars that brings it down even though they loved the stay.

We literally got a 4 star review overall because there wasn't "enough tp" in the house and because the linens are provided in sealed bags and not on the beds, but everything else " was great".

I was not impressed as they would not provide any references for reviews, they sited privacy concerns, which I thought was unusual.

I must have looked at dozens of videos, blogs, and reviews on all the different types of software available.For all you seasoned investors out there, what software would you recommend to new investors?

Here, you should be obtaining a geotech report and reviewing the title report and the zoning  to verify there are no deed restrictions or zoning overlays. 

I noticed Connected Investors has their own marketplace.. but I've seen mixed reviews so not sure what to do there.Any advice is greatly appreciated.
