Since you have two unit, you can do a simultaneous refi with one lender as they usually give discounts for multi pack submissions.

So, yes, I feel there might be a bit of a discount on the commission if they are getting so many units to sell, but they are still putting in a lot of work, so I wouldn't grind them too hard.

I bought it because I love this city for cashflow and buy & hold investing, even at that price the deal and numbers still made sense, so I didnt care about getting it at a discount.
