I have a crew but the problem with the crew of 18 you allways have to take jobs to keep them going and if you stop and go with having work the good guys will walk on you and also there is alot of borden with Tax pay role liability .Try dealing with 22 guys I feel like Dr field sometimes dal with things that have nothing to do with the work.

You need to make the case that the seller could sit at 90 for the next 9 months and pay 3 more tax payments or they could sell it to you now at a reasonable price that is based to recent sales.
