I cant find any form of customer support for Craigslist, so no help getting it pulled.I then used my Google Voice # to send him a text to see if its still available....and he replied......it is :)...... so I replied with some question about it being occupied or not, can I meet him there this weekend?....

My intention is to incrementally raise their rent over the coming months while I begin improving their unit with much needed functional upgrades and the tenants have already voiced their desire to have the upstairs carpet replaced.
