I wouldn't call that a true "DSCR Loan" - especially considering that a ground-up construction property won't have any cash flow so DSCR would be negative or 0 numerator if you'd try to calculate it

There's no rule against promoting your "area" so to speak; if we made that a rule half the posts from realtors and turnkey operators would have to come down.

I don’t know about virtual driving for dollars so I can’t really speak to that other than to say that if the service you use is easily available to everyone else, I would imagine any leads are worked over and tone deaf to your efforts.
