They are that part of our society that people like to throw away and label them as having no value .

My area is definitely more urban than rural and would  involve more of the multi-family approach.

Hi @Brian SweeneyThis is somewhat common in the Urban Core and there are many different viewpoints on what should happen.Often I see the address listed as House number + .5 or House Number Garage. 

As we continue down this path towards an ever more online integrated society, what has been worth it for you to implement into your day to day?

If you've paid your debt to society, shouldn't you be allowed to become a productive member of it?

Depending on time of day and if urban,suburban, or rural with traffic half or the whole day can go to waste.I don't even do residential but sold a few about 14 years back when I started.

Why should someone who's paid their debt to society be forever stripped of their rights, to include the access to housing?

Increased rental competition and letting people who want to rent have better access to SFH is really positive for our economy and society. 

Combined with strong tenant protection & no eviction laws, this seems like investing anywhere outside CA or HCOL coastal cities is the better investment decision.I decided I don't want to drastically alter my lifestyle from living in a walkable urban area to living in a car-based suburb.
