Because depending on your waterworks and the amount of testosterone imparted to you in the first nine months, you as a manly man should have been imbued with the knowledge of how to work with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC in light-frame construction as part of your stock of native wit during pregnancy, and come out of the womb with your fingers itching to curl around a hammer...There is a lot of cult-of-manhood BS around residential renovation in the USA that you have to cut through in any sort of discussion about home improvement.

=========If they are seeing these guys (pic below), they are not rats, they are possums.They sleep in the trees and will go under houses to eat their favorite food--cockroaches (or cat food if they can find it).They roll up in a ball and play dead sometimes...but have sharp teeth, and are not a pet--just a part of San Antonio wildlife like a squirrel or the birds.The cats leave them alone and will share food with them.I've not known of any who burrowed into a house like a rat to get food--they eat bugs..Good Luck!

From the research I've done, they seem sharp, but this is their fee structure:10% Management fee50% Marketing fee (to find new tenants)20% Lease Renewal Fee (for each tenant each year)These fees seem outrageous to me, but this is my first time working with PM's.
