  :) I appreciate the sentiment about simplicity, but simplicity went out the window once I became involved in mobile home parks,  6+ multi family properties and different portfolios with different partners.

We have fantastic tenants and we want to keep them and should help be necessary would make the accomodations as long as possible.I understand the sentiment of being willing to do what is necessary, when friends asked what I'd do if we failed, I said live in one of my tents and start again.
