You must first re-file your taxes for the years you paid via section G, and must re-file using section F.

Hi Tahreak, You have to be just as careful purchasing new builds, many of the homebuilders I noticed sometimes cut corners and you might have more maintenance related costs than expected.

In this instance, if comp is set at 2%, you may see an additional $3,200 in Section A of your loan estimate/closing disclosure for a DSCR loan where you may not see that on a conventional loan.
