They might also countersue you for damages or the judge might just award damages, because if you can't support your title claim then filing a spurious  lis pendens can be considered slander of title.

This move from the executive branch again serves to support communities but the reason I support it is primarily it will reduce the pressure in HCOL areas to enact their own versions of rent control. 

You know best what your lifestyle is and what you need to support it, so do the math assuming you and your wife will live to be 100 ...so you don't run out of money.

Those are the organizations that are highly likely also going to support finding their hires a place to live and if you can connect with them and become a preferred vendor, you've cut out the middle man i.e. furnished finder.
