Then I refinanced down to a 6.6% rate but had to pay points but I think it was worth it because it appears rates are going to be higher for longer. 

I was also wondering, do you think it is worth considering contract wholesaling in the US and not just London?

The ONLY warranty I’ve ever found to be worth anything are the $5/mo warranties through utility companies.

Definitely worth checking out as local building owners and business owners meet up there to help build the community.

We would have to know so much more about the property.They could be asking 100k more than the property is worth.

The good thing is the duplex is worth almost double what we built it for and we have had good tenants on both sides ($185,000 rental income so far) except for the bed bug lady so everything has worked out ok. 

At that point, it's worth researching and finding a solution that better meets your needs.

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.
