@Ian Ray I’d love to hear an update on the progress of your pursuit.

For the record, investors are hard working individuals in pursuit of the American dream of passive income.

However, I agree that legal pursuit will likely be futile in this case. 

I'm in pursuit to becoming a first-time house owner/hacker in the extremely competitive market of Chicago.

In summary, San Fran, San Diego, LA may have poor initial cash flow but they have very good cash flow (possibly better than anywhere else in the US) for the buy n hold investor and this chart shows why that is the case and can be verified (i.e. the great cash flow of those cities is not opinion and can be verified).I recommend all investors start their RE pursuits local but I cringe when I see less experienced investors from coastal So Cal or San Fran invest OOS. 

I've found them to be a very reputable and professional company who looks to assist the novice and seasonal real estate investor in pursuit of their goals and business endeavors. 

Please make seller aware that I will not hesitate in legal pursuit of this contract.I am not the seller I got this through a bird dog who is working with the actual sellers on this one... so he can't come after me or my company?
